Team suits can be found by clicking the picture below. Please make sure that the suit is blue before purchasing.

Please utilize the form below to order team shirts. At the start of summer, all athletes will receive a shirt.

Order form for all apparel.

All apparel will be given out at practice and cannot be shipped.

Athletes registered will recieve one t-shirt.

This form is for any additional items or parent gear.

Cash or check payment must be made before the apparel will be made.

Checks need to be made out to "MMEG Consulting".

Payments can be given directly to the owner or coach.

Athlete and parent apparel will have "Manitou Megalodons" on the left chest, Manitou Megalodon Logo on the right sleeve, MMEG Contsulting logo on the right sleeve, and a saying on the back.

Athlete and parent apparel will have a different saying on the back.

Prices:

Youth sizes (Small-XLarge)

T-shirts: $10 each, XLarge $12 each.

Hoodies: $15 each, XLarge $18 each

Adult sizes (Small-2XLarge)

T-shirts: $15 each, XLarge-2XLarge $18 each

Hoodies: $20 each, XLarge-2XLarge $25 each
